Build All Configurations
The Build
All Configurations option compiles configuration data for all devices
in the GC file, including data for devices previously compiled and uploaded
to a GlobalViewer host device.

Build Changed Configurations
The Build
Changed Configurations option compiles configuration
data only for devices that have been added or changed since the previous
Build cycle.
Devices that have been added or changed since the previous
Build cycle are identified by a red border around
their icon in the IP Link Tree window.
