Device driver files for your A/V equipment can be downloaded free of charge from the Extron website.
Follow the instructions below to download the desired device drivers.
Open a browser and navigate to www.extron.com.
Click the Download tab.
Click the Device Drivers icon.
Select a product from the drop-down list.
Select the protocol type from the drop-down list.
Click Download install for current driver package.
Complete the Personal Information form.
Click the Download ExtronDriverSetupVxxxxx.exe button.
Follow the remaining system prompts.
Repeat the driver download procedure for each device on your A/V network.
