La Fiber Matrix 6400 es una matriz modular de fibra óptica de alto rendimiento, ampliable en tamaño de 8 x 8 a 64 x 64.

Es completamente compatible con la serie FOX 500, así como con la serie FOX HD-SDI y dispone de una capacidad de conmutación digital de 4,25 Gbps. La Fiber Matrix 6400 cuenta con funciones muy útiles para los integradores, que son comunes a todas las matrices Extron, así como con tarjetas de entrada/salida intercambiables en caliente y fuente de alimentación redundante, lo que facilita la actualización y aumenta la fiabilidad en los entornos más exigentes.
