Rich Hanna and Dennis Olson Join Extron's Training Team

Anaheim, California (July 21, 2000) – Extron announced the additions of Rich Hanna and Dennis Olson to Extron's Training Team. Based in Atlanta, Rich has joined the Extron Team as Regional Applications Specialist, Southeast. Working from Anaheim, Dennis has been promoted to Regional Applications Specialist, Southwest. Rich and Dennis are responsible for the training and support of Extron's dealers in their respective regions. They also instruct at Extron School, Extron School On the Road, regional dealer shows, and tradeshow and industry seminars. Jim Clements, Extron's Director of Education and Training, explained, "By implementing Regional Applications Specialists in the Southeast and Southwest, it allows Extron Electronics the opportunity to become even more personal with our dealers. We are able to provide the world class service that our dealers are accustomed to. I am very excited to have the Training Team extended to these regions." Rich brings over two decades of extensive engineering, installation, and training experience with broadcast and professional video products. He has worked at Sony Electronics, Inc., Martin Marietta Aerospace, and the United States Air Force. Dennis has been with Extron for over three years, most recently as Senior Applications Engineer. Previously, Dennis was in the United States Navy for nine years, acquiring a well-rounded background in electronics, including knowledge of CCTV (closed circuit television) systems.
